Hi Lovelies!
Yes, I realize it’s been a long time since I’ve updated the blog. I’m swear that I haven’t forgotten about it. However, I have used up all of my storage space for the free version of the site. Unfortunately, an upgrade isn’t currently in the budget. Therefore, posts here will probably be pretty seldom for the time being.
If you’re still interested in what’s going on in the garden – I’ve been extremely active over on YouTube. In fact, I’m making a video every single day this summer. I’ll be talking about both flowers and veggies – so I’d great appreciate it if you took the time to check it out! Â Thanks so much for your support!!

been missing you! You could always post mostly words…
Most of the storage is used by images.
You can go through your existing images and replace them with reduced sized versions. There are many freely available software that can reduce the size of images to free up space when you upload them. Few people on a tablet or on a phone need to download a 3000×2000 pixel image of 2 to 4 MB in size (your images — yes I checked) when a simple 800×800 pixel, 50 KB image is enough for most smaller screens (i.e. tablets and phones).
But if you want large images, you can, instead of hosting your images at your WordPress account, use the “Add via URL” option when you add an image in a post here from your favorite image sharing site. This would free up a lot of storage space at your Wordpess account.
And in my humble opinion: While videos are okay, but they are very linear. That is, one mostly must watch a video all the way through before one knows if it was worth watching or not. While a blog post is more easy to scan non-linearly. For example, one can, if one chooses, ignore the text and just look at the nice flower pictures in a non-linear way.
