‘Flower Surprise’ Daffodil: My New Favorite Spring Flower!

‘Flower Surprise’ daffodils were some of the most expensive that I purchased last year. At the time, I could barely justify the price of about $2.10 each. After watching them come into bloom, I’m so glad that I did!

‘Flower Surprise’ daffodils are an insanely gorgeous double bloom. The color is stunning. New flowers open in a dark salmon-pink color and gradually fade to a beautiful pastel pink. Though the flower heads are very large, most of them stand upright easily.

‘Flower Surprise’ daffodils open to easily cover the entire surface of the flower with fluffy petals. In the garden, I couldn’t stop looking at the interesting symmetry and fullness.

What do you think? Have you ever growing ‘Flower Surprise’ daffodil before? I’d love to hear all about your experiences in the comment section below. Thank you so much for stopping by the blog!
