In my quest to explore the wide world of daffodils this year, I knew that it would be important to not be distracted by all the “fancy” double blooms available. It was for this reason that I selected ‘Pink Charm’ daffodil.
As you can see from the photo above, the overall shape and structure is very similar to more common garden daffodils. However, there is one very beautiful distinction – the pink cup!
In my garden, ‘Pink Charm’ daffodils were much darker than I had expected – based on the other photos that I had seen online. I was pleased to see that the blooms held their color very well, despite the fact that they had been planted in a very sunny corner of the yard.
Have you ever grown ‘Pink Charm’ daffodil before? If so, I’d love to hear all about your experiences in the comment section below. Thank you so much for stopping by the blog!
Those are so pretty! That pink center is a delightful surprise.
I had Pink Charm in the yard about 15 years ago and they disappeared. I bought some again last spring and they are just about to open and look like the pink is going to be dark. I can’t wait! My newly renewed interest in daffodils includes feeding them at least once a year now!!
