I’ll be the first to admit that I haven’t been motivated to make many flower arrangements this season. In fact, I’ve been really struggling with a lot of things in the garden and in life. Still, I wanted to share this pink arrangement that I was recently able to throw together in a vase. I think it turned out very nicely.
Above, is a closer look at the flowers I used. As you can see, there’s a really nice selection of pink lavatera, ‘Maryland Appleblossom’ snapdragons, ‘La France’ carnations, and some feverfew.
Though I don’t currently have any greenery or foliage plants in the garden, the lavatera leaves serve this purpose really nicely – in addition t the pink blooms, of course. Ideally, I would have loved to include more feverfew, but much of it was damaged by the last round of severe thunderstorms.
What do you think? Do you like this bouquet? I’d love to know your thoughts in the comment section below. Thank you so much for visiting the blog!
Beautiful…what you do is inspiring and brings joy!
I love that! Reminds me of old fashioned gardens. Sorry to hear you’ve been going through a tough time, I hope things get better for you soon.
