‘Super Greens Salmon’ Ranunculus: Another Delightful Garden Surprise!

As I finally start to finish up the individual posts which discuss all the different types of ranunculus that were grown in the garden this year, I can’t ignore these beautiful flowers from the ‘Super Greens’ series. ‘Super Greens Salmon’ ranunculus were definitely what I would consider a “fun” investment. Simply, meaning that I wasn’t quite sure if they would work out well for use as a cut flower.

As you can see by the photos, my package of ten corms did range quite a bit in color. While some of the flowers were a very soft pastel color, others were more hot pink. I’m always ask to question whether or not weather or soil conditions might have to do with this. Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant blooms.

‘Super Greens Salmon’ varied greatly in the amount green that showed in the center of the flower. I absolutely loved this aspect of the plant. There is no doubt that I would really like to grow this one again in the spring garden. What do you think? Have you ever grown ‘Super Greens Salmon’ before? If so, I’d love to hear all about your experiences in the comment section below. Thank you so much for stopping by the blog!
