I’m always so fascinated by how vastly different daffodils look, depending upon the light. The same is definitely true when considering the ‘Ferris Wheel’ daffodil that I grew in this year’s garden.
I first became interested in growing ‘Ferris Wheel’ after seeing several photos of them online. I always like varieties with very large, prominent center cups. In that way, it definitely does not disappoint – the cups are huge!
In my own yard, the color difference between the cup and the outer petals is very minimal. Still, the ruffled appearance adds a very nice texture to the planting.
What do you think? Have you ever grown ‘Ferris Wheel’ daffodil before? I’d love to hear your thoughts down in the comment section below. Thanks so much for stopping by the blog!
