One of the most exciting aspects of having a larger growing space is finally being able to plant some perennials. I recently made a small order from the Hydrangeas Plus website to redo an older flower bed that had been completely overtaken by weeds.
These ‘Fire Light Tidbit’ hydrangeas arrived in perfect condition. They were packed extremely well, both in paper and with a secondary layer of plastic.
Each one also had a nursery tag. Though I didn’t need any tags, I always like to read all of the information related to new plants that are going into the yard.
After only a few weeks, the bare plants had already put on tons of new growth and were looking really great. I’m not certain if any of them will bloom this year, but I’m really hoping to see at least one or two flowers.
Have you ever grown ‘Fire Light Tidbit’ hydrangea before? What did you think? I’d love to hear all about your experiences down in the comments below. Thanks so much for stopping by the blog!
